Born and raised as a farm girl from southern Indiana, Carol came to Colorado full of core family values, integrity, grit and determination. She studied Home Economics Education at Purdue University and has taught a montage of family and consumer science classes, including Housing and Interior Design, and Interpersonal Relationships. She also has work experience in homebuilding, space planning, kitchen design, negotiations, and sales/marketing.
Growing up on a farm, Carol grew to be a whiz in the kitchen and loves to share her home cooking with family and friends. Need a recipe? She’s your gal! Learning everything from her mom, she became quite the seamstress too, creating custom window treatments and home décor. As a hobby, Carol collects antique sewing machines. Carol married her high school sweetheart, Mark, and they have two wonderful adult children. Classic Rock is her music of choice and she’s always ready for a great concert. She loves to travel, usually by car, so she doesn’t miss the little gems along the way; but she won’t hesitate to jump on a plane at a moment’s notice for a whimsical weekend getaway. And don’t be surprised if you see her headed for the next hiking trail in her sporty 370Z!
Carol’s background, skills, and knowledge are paramount in helping you with your next move. Her unique set of attributes and passion can guide you in the right direction. Whether it’s your first home, you’re relocating, building a new home, down-sizing, or settling an estate, Carol is your person for all things “home.”
