Homes and Condominiums for both Personal and Investment use, and Vacant Land. I have personal “fix and flip” experience, and I also own rental/investment properties. I provide support for Agents. I also Mentor/Coach new agents working with Buyers and Sellers, and help them with Contract writing, overcoming Objections, learning about Lending, the Title process, Property Inspections....everything from start to finish including compliance.. I also provide a high level of support in helping Agents write strong offers along with creative negotiation strategies for this competitive market.
In my spare time I love to travel, hike, mountain bike, ski, and spend time with my family!
